国内石油焦质量分析及对预焙阳极的影响

ANALYSIS ON QUALITY OF PETROLEUM COKE AND THE EFFECT ON PREBAKED ANODE

介绍国内石油焦产品质量及产品结构变化,并与铝用预焙阳极行业的原料要求进行对比,分析了石油焦产品指标对铝用预焙阳极的影响。结果发现,由于加工原油劣质化等因素的影响,国内石油焦产品质量逐年下降;硫含量、挥发分及微量元素含量等指标对阳极产品质量、损耗均有较大影响。为提高国内石油焦在预焙阳极的适用性,石油焦质量控制和分类标准应与铝用预焙阳极行业的原料要求相一致。

Product quality and product structure change of the petroleum coke were evalua-ted, and compared with the crude material requirement of the prebaked anode in production of aluminum industry.The effect of product indexes of the petroleum coke on the prebaked anode in production of aluminum was analyzed .The results showed that product quality of the petrole-um coke in domestic declined yearly owing to the deterioration of the processing crude oil .Con-tents of sulfur, volatiles and trace elements in the petroleum coke had greater effect on the qual-ity and loss of the anode product .In order to increase the application suitability of domestic pe-troleum coke on the prebaked anode , quality control and classification standard of the petroleum coke should be accordant with the crude material requirement of the prebaked anode in produc-tion of aluminum industry.
