摘要
基于齐鲁公司氢气资源管理现状分析,提出了集产氢、耗氢成本核算、氢气网络设计优化、氢气管网在线模拟、耗氢装置氢气需求预测以及氢气系统调度优化于一体的氢气平衡与优化整体解决方案,用信息技术优化调度氢气资源,寻求新的效益增长点。该方案实施后,将实现齐鲁公司产氢耗氢装置成本的在线、实时计算,为齐鲁公司技术和调度人员提供实时的氢气资源平衡信息和成本信息,为降低产氢耗氢成本提供决策依据,从而可以提高氢气利用效率,有效降低用氢成本,实现降本增效。
Based on the management status on hydrogen source in Qilu Branch Company , the whole solution scheme for balance and optimization on hydrogen was given by combining the following factors such as cost calculation on the production and consumption of hydrogen , design optimization on hydrogen network , online simulation of pipe network of hydrogen , hydrogen de-mand forecast on the consumption hydrogen unit , optimization on dispatching of hydrogen sys-tem, which dispatched optimally hydrogen source by information technology and sought new benefit growth point.Online and real -time calculation on plant cost of production and con-sumption of hydrogen will be realized by execution of the scheme , real -time information on source balance and cost of hydrogen could be provided to technician and dispatcher , which will provide base on cost reduction on production and consumption of hydrogen and raise utilization efficiency of hydrogen and realize cost reduction&benefit increase .
