摘要
本文从反腐现状入手,分析腐败的原因,并引入信托机制加以研究。在参考借鉴韩国股票保密信托、美国盲目信托和台湾地区强制信托制度的基础上,对我国反腐信托制度进行初步构建,并从信托思想入手,对我国反腐立法相关问题进行进一步的完善。
This essay starts with the current situation of anti-corruption, analyzing the root cause of corruption and bringing the trust mechanism into the research. Referring to Korean Stock Blind Trust, American Blind Trust and Taiwan Forced Trust,this essay preliminarily establishes China’s anti-corruption trust mechanism. Finally,it consid-ers the further perfection of relevant problems regarding China’s Anti-corruption legislation.
