吗替麦考酚酯联合小剂量激素治疗难治性肾病综合征30例疗效观察

Observation on Effect of Mycophenolate Mofetil Combined with Small Dose of Hormone in Treatment of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome in 30 Cases

目的观察吗替麦考酚酯(MMF)联合小剂量激素治疗难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将57例RNS患者根据数字表法随机分为2组,对照组27例采用足量强的松口服治疗,观察组30例采用MMF联合小剂量激素治疗,疗程均为24周。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白及血清肌酐等均明显改善,且观察组改善更显著(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的25.93%(P<0.05)。结论MMF联合小剂量激素治疗RNS疗效显著,不良反应轻微,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of mycophenolate mofetil（MMF） combined with small dose of hormone in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome （RNS）. Methods 57 patients with RNS were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the digital table method. The control group（ n =27） was treated with enough dose of oral prednisone and the ob- servation group（n=30） adopted the therapy of MMF combined with small dose of hormone. The two groups were treated for 24 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90. 00%, which was significantly higher than 77.78% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The urinary protein, serum albumin and serum creatinine after treatment in the two groups were improved significantly, moreover the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）; the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than 25.93% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion MMF combined with small dose of hormone for treating RNS has significant efficacy, mild adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical aoolication.
