摘要
分析应急车辆到达事故地点行程时间的各种影响因素,结合实时路段交通量和交叉口控制状况,计算路段行程时间和交叉口延误时间,以总行程时间作为适应度函数,基于遗传算法优化城市道路应急车辆调度。遗传算法采用可变长度节点序列编码方式,并引入邻接矩阵概念,对应急车辆出行的合理路网进行路径集合估计,为初始路径个数的选择提供理论支撑。最后以西安市曲江区路网为例进行计算与检验,验证了优化方法的有效性与合理性。
According to theanalysis of various factors of the travel time of emergency vehicles arrived at the accident site, real- time traffic flow and road intersections control conditions, link travel time and intersection delay time are calculated. Taking total travel time as the fitness function,urban roads emergency vehicle scheduling based on genetic algorithm is optimized. Genetic algorithm uses coding style of variable-length sequence of nodes, and introduce the concept of adjacency matrix which estimates the collection of emergency vehicle travel path in a reasonable road network, in order to provide theoretical support for the choice of the number of the initial path. Finally, taking Xi'an Qujiang District road network as an example to calculate and test, the result verify the validity and rationality of the optimization method.
