上海已有的4次货运调查已摸索出较为初步的货运调查框架,有必要在此基础上提炼形成货运调查框架,并研究适宜的调查方法和途径确保调查框架的实现。首先回顾上海历次综合交通调查货运专项调查和交通运输部货运专项交通调查,借鉴国内外城市货运调查方案,在明确调查目的和分析已有数据资源的基础上搭建上海货运调查框架,并研究货运调查的方法和途径。最后,对货运调查未来趋势进行展望。
