浅谈郊区新城核心区智能交通策略研究

Research Thinking of Traffic Administration Demand on ITS System

在现有的新城ITS系统研究中多参考相关地区的建设经验,按照业主要求进行定性的判断,在此基础上制定具体的技术方案。随着社会经济的发展,通常来说新城的开发建设都具备较高要求,这种研究方法虽借鉴了成熟地区的发展经验,规避了有可能产生的不利因素,但这种方法却忽视了地区发展的实际交通管理需求,往往使得方案缺少针对性。以上海嘉定新城ITS系统研究为例,通过对区域交通发展的解读,从实际的交通管理需求引出总体交通策略,在此基础上制定具体的ITS系统方案,从而对这种具有针对性的研究方法加以实践、应用。

In the existing metro ITS system based on multiple reference related areas of construction experience, in accordance with the requirements of the owner of a qualitative judgment, on the basis of the development of a specific technical scheme. With the development of society and economy development and construction of new city, generally have a higher request, this research method is from the maturity of the development experience of the area, to avoid possible adverse factors, but this method ignore region development actual traffic demand, often make the plan lacks pertinence. This article take the Shanghai Jiading Metro ITS system as an example, through to the development of regional traffic analysis, from the actual traffic demand leads to overall traffic strategy, based on the developed specifically for the ITS system, thus to the targeted research methods to practice, application.
