考虑节能环保与交通效率的城际快速铁路建设时机分析方法研究

Study on Method of Intercity Rapid-railway Construction Timing Analysis with Energy-conservation, Environmentalprotection and Transportation Efficiency Considered

近年来随着我国城镇化的快速发展,城市群逐步成为支撑和带动城镇化的重要载体和形式。城际快速铁路作为城际大运量运输方式,我国越来越多的城市群开始规划或建设城际快速铁路。为了避免超前或滞后建设,选择城际快速铁路建设的适当时机,是城际交通规划需要解决的重要问题。基于能源节约、环境保护和交通效率三方面因素的考虑,建立了城际交通方式评价体系;基于对交通成本的综合分析,建立了城际快速铁路建设时机的判定方法。

With rapid urbanization recently, the urban groups have gradually become important carriers and forms to support and promote urbanization. Because of its massive transportation capacity, intercity rapid railway has been planned or developed by many Chinese city groups. To avoid construction of early or late, one key question needs to answer is that how to select the appropriate construction time for intercity rapid-railway. In this paper, the author established an evaluation system of inter-city transportation modes with the consideration of energy-conservation, environmental-protection and transportation efficiency. Finally, one decision method of intercity railway construction was suggested, based on the comprehensive analysis of transportation cost.
