交通经济运行体系及机制研究——以宁波为例

Research on the Operation System and Mechanism of Transport Economy——The Case of Ningbo

交通运输是国民经济的先导行业、基础产业和支柱产业,发展交通运输,要树立交通运输经济理念。立足交通经济核心问题,构建交通运输经济三大体系,包括交通投资经济体系、运输市场经济体系和交通运输外部经济体系,分析三大体系的运行机制。以宁波交通经济为例,剖析宁波交通经济发展特点,并提出发展对策建议。

Transport is the leading, basic and pillar industry of the national economy. In order to develop transport industry, it is very important to establish the concept of transport economy. Based on the core issues of transport economy, this article proposed three systems of transport economy, including investment system, transportation system and external economic system, then analyzed the operational mechanism of the three systems. In the case of Ningbo transport economy, this article analyzed the characteristics of traffic economy, and proposed some countermeasures.
