长三角跨域危险品车辆安全监管系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Yangtze River Delta Cross Domain Dangerous Material Vehicles Safety Supervision Management System

该系统基于长三角各地交通部门关于营运车辆跨域安全监管特性与需求,通过建立道路运输车辆数据交换共享平台,实现平台间跨域车辆的信息有效共享,同时与本地区的重点营运车辆监管平台进行整合,实现长三角营运车辆跨域安全的一体化监管,改变传统信息化平台辖区内注册车辆监管的局限,实现区域间危险品运输的跨域协同监管,提升区域间危险品运输监管水平。

The system is based on the characteristics and requirements of the dcpartmcnt~ of transportation across the Yangtze River Delta about commercial vehicles cross domain security supervision, through establishing road transport vehieleg data exchange and sharing platform, achieves effective sharing of the information of cross domain vehicle, and integrating with the local key commercial vehicles supervision management platform, realizes integration of supervision of Yangtze River Delta commercial vehicles, and changes the traditional information platform＇s limitations that the local supervision department can only supervise vehicles registered in the local. The system realizes regional transport of dangerous goods cross domain collaborative supervision, and promotes inter regional transport of dangerous goods supervision level.
