摘要
为考虑通行能力和路网对立交桥选型的影响,建立了立交桥选型的双层规划模型。上层模型以带转向延误的路网总延误最小为目标,同时考虑立交节点的现状以及具体路网的实际运行情况等设定约束条件;下层模型为带转向延误的随机用户平衡交通流分配模型。在此基础上,给出了上层规划模型求解的随机搜索和改进自适应遗传算法的组合算法,以及下层模型的求解的逐次平均法(MSA算法)。算例分析结果表明,该选型方法具有可行性。
Considering the capacity and network effects on the overpass selection, a bi-level programming model interchange type selection is built. The upper level model is objective to minimum total delay with turning delays of the network and the actual network operation and the status constraints of the nodes of interchange nodes will be taken in. The lower level model is a traffic distribution problem under Stochastic User Equilibrium model with turning delays of the network. On this basis, the combing Algorithms of Scatter Search Algorithms and Improved Adaptive Genetic Algorithm will be taken in to solve the upper model, and the Method of Successive Average (MSA algorithm) will be used to solve the lower model. The results show that the selection method is feasible.
