摘要
目的探讨大鼠炎症牙髓中钠离子通道Nav1.7的表达。方法 60只SD大鼠分为正常组(A组)和炎症组,炎症组中,封脂多糖(LPS)1 d为B组、3 d为C组、5 d为D组。炎症组通过置入LPS诱导产生牙髓炎。通过HE染色观察各组大鼠牙髓组织病理学改变,通过免疫组化和ELISA检测各组大鼠牙髓中Nav1.7的表达。结果各组牙髓组织病理学发生改变,各组牙髓切片中均有Nav1.7的表达。ELISA结果显示,4组牙髓中Nav1.7的表达量分别为(3.38±0.10)、(3.67±0.15)、(4.04±0.14)和(4.25±0.11)μg/L,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Nav1.7的表达增高可能与牙髓炎症具有潜在关联性。
Objective To investigate the expression of voltage gated sodium channel Nav1. 7 in rat pulpitis. Sixty rats were randomly divided into a nontreatment group(A)and three inflammation groups:day1(B), day3(C) and day5(D), and pulpitis was induced by crea-ting pulp exposures to LPS in rat incisions. Histopathological changes and the expression of Nav1. 7 were observed by Hematoxylin-eosin stai-ning, immunohistochemistry and ELISA(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) in each team. Results Histopathological changes were re-vealed in each team, while Nav1. 7 was also expressed. ELISA results revealed that the level of Nav1. 7 in control pulp tissue was (3. 38±0. 10) μg/L, in painful pulp tissue of 1d group was(3. 67±0. 15)μg/L, in painful pulp tissue of 3d group was(4. 04± 0. 14)μg/L and in painful pulp tissue of 5d group was(4. 25± 0. 11)μg/L(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The relationship between dental pain and Nav1. 7 expres-sion level maybe exist.
