摘要
芳烃抽提装置的回收塔和再生塔需要在-40KPa的真空条件下才能实现正常操作。真空度在一定程度上反映了整个系统的稳定程度,但是由于热源的不稳定,导致真空度出现了较频繁的波动,影响整体操作的稳定。本文探讨了如何在现有条件下,通过优化操作,尽可能保持真空度的稳定。
The aromatics extraction unit recovery tower and regeneration tower to the normal operation can be achieved in vacuumcondition -40KPa. The vacuum degree in a certain extent, reflect the degree of stability of the whole system, due to the heat source ofinstability, resulting in vacuum appeared more frequent fluctuation, affecting the overall operation stability. This paper discusses how theexisting conditions, by optimizing the operation, as far as possible to maintain the vacuum stability.
