在原油输送过程中,管道输送发挥重要的作用,其输送性价比较高,输送量大,安全性更好。但是由于我国生产的原油含蜡量较高、黏度大等特性,造成管道输送结蜡现象严重,这对管道输送造成了安全隐患,并且降低了输送效率。因此,研究管道原油结蜡原因和规律,并以此为基础进行防蜡、清蜡措施在实际生产中具有重要意义。

The pipeline transportation play an important role in crude oil transportation. It has lower cost,greater throughput and bettersecurity guarantee. However,it causes serious wax deposition in pipeline transportation because of high wax content and viscosity in crudeoil,witch may cause hidden troubles and low transportation efficiency. So it has important significance of taking measures to control andremove wax in pipeline transportation by studying the causes and regularities of wax precipitation.
