通过乳聚丁苯橡胶聚合转化率在线检测系统的现场应用,解决了聚合转化率人工化验结果滞后这一突出问题。同时还详细阐述了该系统的组成结构以及后期维护要点,为系统的现场实施和运行维护提供了技术参考。
An on-line detection system of E-SBR polymerization conversion is used to solve manual testing results of conversion ratelagging in the process of E-SBR rubber production. The structure of the system and key points of maintenance is described in this article toprovide reference for on-site operation and maintenance.
