摘要
本文对SA-516GR.70与S30403异种钢焊接工艺进行了研究,优化了焊接接头形式、焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接参数。结果表明,优化后的工艺有效避免了焊接接头出现脆性马氏体组织,可以控制碳的扩散,确保焊接接头化学成分均匀。同时冲击韧性、抗拉强度均能满足容器的使用性能,可以用于环氧乙烷类反应器中小端过渡段与直管间的焊接。
In this paper,the SA-516GR.70 and S30403 dissimilar steel welding procedure is studied by optimizing the joint type,method,material and parameters of welding. The results show that the optimized process effectively avoid the welding joint brittlemartensite,control the diffusion of the carbon and ensure the homogeneity of the welding joint. Meanwhile,the impact toughness andtensile strength can meet the requirements of pressure vessels. It can be used for welding transition section and straight pipe in Ethylene Oxidereactors.
