摘要
通过改变重整温度、含氧量、反应时间等参数,考察了沼气临氧催化重整的反应特性。结果表明,在镍基催化剂作用下,加入O2重整能明显提高CH4的转化率和合成气的H2/CO值,在720℃、氧含量13.2%时,CH4的转化率达到90%,合成气H2/CO值达到0.98,分别比无氧条件时提高了30%和6%。重整温度对合成气的组分调变作用较为明显,在780℃时CH4与CO2的转化率分别达到90.7%和93.5%,但H2/CO值随温度升高反而有所降低。催化剂连续反应14 h,未检测到反应器压降变化。
The partial oxidative reforming of biogas was investigated over Ni-Mg-O catalyst on conditions of various temperature,O2 content and reaction time. The results showed that the addition of O2 can dramatically enhance the CH4 conversion and increase the H2/CO ratio by 5%in syngas. Especially with the 720℃ of temperature and 13.2Vol% of O2,the conversion of CH4 reached 90% and the H2/CO ratio was 0.98,respectively 30% and 6% higher than those in the non-oxygen circumstance. Reforming temperature also remarkablychanged the composition of syngas. The conversions of CH4 and CO2 at 700℃ were 90.7% and 93.5% respectively. However with the increaseof temperature,H2/CO ratio decreased. The catalyst remained the activity during 14 hours reaction,there was no pressure drop was notdetected in the reactor,which shows that the catalyst has good performance to resist the deposition of carbon.
