摘要
针对影响气体钻井发展的钻遇地层出水、地层存在漏失层段及井壁不稳定等瓶颈问题,提出跟管钻进技术应用于气体钻井解决这些问题的方法。跟管钻进是在钻井过程中,边使用普通钻杆钻进,边下套管的一种钻进技术。介绍了现有跟管钻进技术的工艺流程及配套工具,管楔能使跟管随钻杆的送进而下行,跟管钻头能保证跟管钻进的正常钻进及起下钻。根据现有跟管钻进技术的调研及分析,结合气体钻井装备及工艺技术,对跟管钻进技术应用于气体钻井进行了可行性分析,提出跟管钻进技术应用于气体钻井需要解决的问题:气体钻井跟管钻进技术循环通道的建立;气体钻井跟管钻进技术井控要求的满足;适用于气体钻井的跟管钻头等。跟管钻进技术要成功应用于气体钻井,必须解决好这些问题,才能促进气体钻井的长足发展。
The bottleneck problems that influence gas drilling,such as formation water,leakage strata and hole instability,are resolvedby developing the Drilling With Casing(DWC),which is used with ordinary drill rod when the casing is followed. The technologicalprocess and the mating tools of DWC are introduced,which include that pipe wedge can lead the casing walk down with the drill rod,and the bit used in DWC can guarantee the normal drilling and tripping. According to the research and analysis of the present DWC,theFeasibility analysis on the technology are carried out and some issues are listed:the establishment of circulation channel in gas drilling withDWC as well as the well control requirements and the bit suitable for drilling. It is necessary to solve these problems for successful applicationof DWC to promote the development of gas drilling.
