摘要
以新疆西部牧业股份有限公司的大豆分离蛋白(SPI)中试生产线为例,重点介绍生产工艺中的关键控制点(Critical Control Point,CCP),以及大豆蛋白及其制品在食品工业中的应用情况。
In this paper, base on Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., soybean protein isolated SPI pilot production line as an example. This is an introduction to the critical control points （CCP） of the production technology and the application of soybean protein and production in food industry.
