摘要
本文简述了高强度钢使用中的环境脆化问题,主要为氢致开裂、硫化物应力开裂、腐蚀疲劳和延迟破坏等,对油井管、石油天然气输运管、高压螺栓、悬架弹簧等实际问题进行了分析,并对环境脆化即氢脆的防护措施作了总结。
In this article, problem of environmental degradation in using high strength steels wasstated. It main is hydrogen induced cracking, sulfide stress cracking, corrosion fatigue and delayedfracture etc. For practice problem on oil country tubular goods, oil and gas linepipes,high pressurebolt, power spring etc.was analyzed. And protection measure for environmental degradation or hydrogenembrittlement was summarized.
