摘要
根据输电线路全寿命周期设计特点,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的模糊层次评价法,进行输电线路全寿命周期设计评价。首先介绍模糊层次评价法的基本内容,即将德尔菲法、层次分析法与模糊数学相结合,确定各指标相应的等级;然后给出模糊综合评价法在设计方案评价中的应用及输电线路全寿命周期设计评价多层次指标体系的构建方法;最后通过工程实例,选择最终定量评估得分最高的导线,使输电线路设计方案的选择更加全面和完善,从而使得工程在全寿命周期内更加安全、可靠和经济。
Fuzzy hierarchy estimation method was used to the Full life cycle design evaluation of transmission lines according to it's characteristics. The basic content of this method is to determine the corresponding level of each indicator based on the Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process (ahp) combined with fuzzy mathematics. And then the method to build a multi-level index system was given. Finally conductor with the highest quantitative assessment score was used in an actual project to make the comparison of design scheme better. So as to make the project safer, more reliable and more economical in the whole life cycle.
