摘要
论述了复合材料电杆在山区配电网中的应用。为解决山区杆塔的运输安装困难以及减少雷击污闪故障,对复合材料杆塔的电气、机械特性作了试验。试验结果表明:聚氨酯复合材料电杆在受潮、淋雨等条件下,具有良好的绝缘性,因而可以提高线路的绝缘水平。与常规钢筋混凝土电杆相比,冲击放电电压增加了约5.9倍,爬电距离增加了3.2倍;杆塔的整体强度满足各工况下荷载的要求。一条10kV的12基复合材料电杆线路已在南网挂网运行,情况良好。
This paper illustrates the application of the composite pole in mountainous distribution line. In order to solve the difficulty in transportation and installation of the poles and to reduce the pollution flashover fault caused by lightning strike ,the electrical and mechanical properties of composite tower were tested. The results shows that the polyurethane composite pole can remain its insulativity under the condition of damp or raining, thus it can increase the insulation level of pole. Compared with conventional reinforced concrete pole, The composite pole's impact discharge voltage increases about 5.2 times, and its ereepage distance of phase-ground increases about 3. 2times. The whole strength of pole can meet the load requirements in various conditions. A 10 kV composite pole with 12 bases has been operating in southern power network in good condition.
