摘要
运用DFSS流程优化了卧铺系统原设计方案,综合对比分析得出最优的9种方案。通过参数设计方法深入研究了卧铺系统隔热性与隔热因子之间的关系。台架试验和实车试验结果表明:改进方案不仅显著改善了卧铺系统隔热性差的问题,而且降低了系统30%的重量。
The original design of the berth system was optimized and the 9 optimal schemes were ob-tained by applying the process of DFSS. The relationship of the berth heat insulation and heat-insula-tion factor was studied by parameter design method. The benchmark and vehicle test results show the poor insulation of original design is improved, and system weight is reduced by 30%.
