摘要
试验对5种不同来源卤虫卵脂肪酸组成及其孵化率进行比较,初步探讨两者间关系。通过配制人工海水进行卤虫卵孵化率实验,采用气相色谱法测定脂肪酸组成。结果显示:不同来源卤虫卵平均脂质含量为20.17%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。各组脂肪酸组成差异不显著(P>0.05),但脂肪酸含量差异显著(P<0.05)。不同来源卤虫卵孵化率存在差异(P<0.05),B组孵化率为89.25%,显著高于其他组(P<0.05),D组孵化率为75.99%,显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。卤虫卵脂肪酸含量与孵化率之间无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结果提示,卤虫卵脂肪酸含量及孵化率受其来源或产地的影响。
This experiment was conducted to compare fatty acid composition and hatchability of Artemia cysts from five different sources as well as the relationship between them. The hatchability of Artemia cysts was tested through normal method,fatty acid composition was analyzed by gas chromatography. The results showed:the average lipid content of Artemia cysts from different sources was 20.17%, no significant difference was observed among groups both in lipid content and fatty acid composition(P〉0.05),while fatty acid contents were significantly different(P〈0.05). Differences in hatchability of Artemia cysts from different sources were observed statistically(P〈0.05), the hatchability in group B was 89.25% which was the highest value among groups(P〈0.05),while that in group D got the lowest value as 75.99%(P〈0.05). No significant correlation was recorded between fatty acid contents and hatchability of Artemia cysts(P〉0.05). This research implies that both fatty acid contents and hatchability of Artemia cysts were apparently influenced by sources or areas.
