摘要
瞬态信号的分析研究在设备故障诊断中具有重要价值,由于瞬态信号具有随机性、时间短、不易捕捉的特点,因此,如何将瞬态信号记录下来并重新构建还原实时数据就成为研究的关键环节。通过氧压机在运行中出现瞬时波动的故障案例,阐述了对瞬态信号进行采集、处理和分析方法,准确判断氧压机瞬时波动的故障原因,从而消除故障隐患,保证设备的安全可靠运转。
The analysis and research of transient signals has important values for diagnosing equipment faults. How to record the transient signals and reconstruct real-time data will be the key point of research because of the features of random, short time and difficult to capture of transient signals. Aiming at the fault case of transient fluctuation occurred in the operating of oxygen compressor, this paper specified the method of collecting, treating and analyzing transient signals, accurately determined the reason of transient fluctuation, which has eliminated the hidden faults and ensured the safe and reliable operation of equipment.
