电除尘器在大型硫铁矿制酸装置中的应用实践

介绍了铜陵有色金属集团股份有限公司铜冠冶化分公司硫铁矿制酸装置中电除尘器的应用情况和工艺特点。从焙烧工艺操作、设备保养方面分析了电除尘器的故障影响因素,利用检修机会对突出问题进行了优化改进。经过优化操作参数,电除尘器运行稳定,技术指标较以前得到明显提高,除尘效率达96.77%以上。

The application and features of electrostatic precipitator （ESP） of pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant in Copper Crown Company are described. The factors influencing ESP failure are studied in aspect of roasting operation and maintenance. The problems are solved by modification and optimization of ESP operation during equipment shutting down and complete check-up. ESP worked properly according to optimized operation parameters, and technical index were better than ever, with particles removal efficiency more than 96. 77%.
