Application of the flue gas treatment technology in 100 t/h molten sulphur plant

介绍红磷分公司100 t/h熔硫系统废气治理的装置构成、工艺原理和运行情况。该装置首次采用塔槽一体、管道内喷淋洗涤的方式对熔硫废气进行治理,同时对洗涤产生的污水进行分级利用,既改善了熔硫现场的环境,又不产生其他的废弃物,收效明显。

The structure, process principles, and operation of the equipment for flue gas treatment in 100 t/h molten sulphur system in Honglin Company are introduced. It was the first time to apply the tower and groove integration and spray scrubbing in the pipeline for treating flue gas and meanwhile classified waste water generated during the scrubbing, which improved the site environment of the melting sulphur without producing new waste, thus having obvious effects.
