摘要
由于混凝土面板堆石坝接缝止水V形槽塑形填料与混凝土面的粘结密实度,受塑性填料温感性特性的影响,受气温、人工锤压力度因素影响较大,不能很好地保证V形槽的填充质量。使用传统的人工锤压方式,均存在与混凝土面粘结不密实的现象。经过现场多次试验与研究,终于找出了一种设备改装简单、操作简便、粘结质量较好的"电动锤击法"方案。解决了高海拔地区塑形填料受气温因素影响、人工锤压速度慢及质量难以保证的技术难题。经实际工程检验,完全满足规范规定的"必须确保塑性填料与混凝土表面良好粘结"的要求。
The filling quality of the plastic filler in V-type cannot be secured well because the cohesion of the filler in the V-type groove of the CFRD joint waterstop and the concrete surface is impacted by the temperature sensing characteristics of the plastic filler, air tem-perature and manual hammer pressure.By application of the conventional manual hammer pressure method, cohesion of the filler and the concrete surface still is not tight.Through multiple tests and study, the electric hammer method featuring equipment modified easily, con-venient operation and expected cohesion is founded.This method overcomes difficulty in impact on the plastic filler by temperature in high-elevation region, lower speed of manual hammer pressure and quality control.From the engineering practice verification, requirement of good cohesion of the plastic filler and the concrete surface stipulated in code can be totally satisfied.
