摘要
内地西藏班(校)民族教育政策在指引内地西藏班(校)办学过程中历经调整,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,在执行中也存在一定的问题,调整提升空间较大。在当今社会转型时期,内地西藏班(校)民族教育政策调整应由强制转向自觉,由外延转向内涵,逐步走上由依靠外援过渡到自立自强的过程中来。
The ethnic education policy has been adjusted in the process of practicing policy guidance for the In-land Tibetan classes and schools, and has achieved good economic and social benefits, but still some problemsexist in the implementation of the policy, so it still needs to be improved. In the period of society transformation,the policy should be adjusted from passive to active, from external to internal, from relying on foreign aid to self-reliance.
