摘要
为合理利用废弃中密度纤维板(MDF),将其与酚醛树脂混合压制复合材料,并利用热重法和差示扫描量热法,检测其燃烧特征曲线,计算燃烧特征参数。结果表明,酚醛树脂与废弃MDF木粉再生复合材料的阻燃性能比对照MDF明显提高。
In order to make use of waste medium density fiberboard(MDF),a new kind of composite was manufactured from waste MDF and phenol-formaldehyde resin(PF).Thermal analysis of the new composite was carried out by thermogravimetry(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results showed that flame retardancy of the composite was significantly improved,compared with controls.
