惠州市区域经济与惠州高等教育协调发展的对策研究

On Countermeasures for Coordinated Development of Regional Economy and Higher Education in Huizhou City

经济是教育发展的物质基础,教育有助于经济发展。文章在介绍惠州经济及惠州高等教育发展的基础上,分析了惠州经济与高等教育发展的不协调状况。文章认为,要促进惠州经济与惠州高等教育的协调发展,必须实现高等教育与区域发展的良性互动,充分发挥政府在高等教育与区域发展中的地位和作用,促进高校与企业的合作和交流,树立与时俱进的办学理念,建设名师队伍,积极探索新型人才培养模式,发展高职教育。

Economy is the material basis for the development of education, and education helps in a region＇s economic development. This paper introduces the current situation of the development of Huizhou＇ s economy and higher education, analyzes the unbalanced development between the two, and puts forward countermeasures for promoting the coordinated development between Huizhou ＇ s econo- my and its higher education ： to realize the benign interaction between its higher education and its regional development, give full play to the position and role of Huizhou government in its higher education and its regional development, promote the cooperation and com- munication between its colleges and enterprises, set up the educational philosophy of keeping pace with the times, construction a team of prestigious teachers, actively explore the new personnel training mode, and promote higher vocational education.
