吉林省浑江干流防洪工程存在的问题是该流域防洪减灾的主要问题。本文通过对该流域的洪水特性、现状防洪工程存在的主要问题等进行分析,提出进一步完善防洪工程的治理对策,为流域可持续发展提供防洪安全保障。

Hunjiang River Flood Control Project in Jilin problem is that the main problem of the basin flood mitigation.This paper analyzed the characteristics of the flood basin,the main problem of the status of flood control projects existed, and put forward countermeasures to improve the flood control project;it provides flood control and security for sustainable development in the basin.
