Since its inception, ＂Needham Puzzle＂ has resulted in extensive discussions among the scholars from various circles at home and abroad. Based on summarizing and reviewing previous theoretical per- spectives, this paper puts forward new viewpoint, which is that ＂Needham Puzzle＂ is the comprehensive result of geography, ideology, culture, institutional conditions, population size and many other factors; only by the comprehensive comparison of various viewpoints, the historical truth of ＂Needham Puzzle＂ can be saw clearly.
