摘要
为不断提高以实物资产为主的电网企业管理效率,文章在分析不同利益相关方沟通需求,梳理资产管理各阶段沟通工作脉络的基础上,初步论述了从机制优化、效果评估到持续改进的闭环沟通工作体系及其所发挥的作用。
In order to improve the management efficiency of power grid enterprise based on physical assets gradually, this paper analyzes all the communication needs from various stakeholders and presents the communication context during each stage in assets management. The paper discusses the close-loop com- munication system from mechanism optimization, performance evaluation to continuous improvement and its role in life cycle asset management.
