摘要
激励是指激发人的行为动机的心理过程,通常说的是调动人的积极性。员工激励一般是物质和精神的刺激,使其有一定的工作动机和工作力量,为满足自身的需求实现目标的过程。
Stimulation is the psychological process of stimulating the people's behavior motivation, usually means mobilizing the enthusiasm of people. Employee stimulation is generally material and spiritual stim- ulation, and makes them have the certain work motivation and work force, for meeting the needs of their own to realize the aim.
