七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼在小儿扁桃体切除术中的麻醉效果 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼在小儿扁桃体切除术中的麻醉效果。方法将56例行单纯扁桃体切除术患儿随机分为两组,各28例。对照组给予丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉,观察组给予七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉,观察两组不同时段收缩压、舒张压、心率、拔管时间、呼吸及意识恢复时间。结果麻醉前两组收缩压、舒张压和心率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在插管后5 min、手术开始后5min和拔管后5 min的收缩压和心率均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组在插管后5 min舒张压高于对照组(P<0.05),在手术开始后5 min和拔管后5 min舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组拔管时间、呼吸及意识恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼在小儿扁桃体切除术中具有较好的麻醉效果,对患儿心血管影响较小,且术后自主呼吸、意识恢复迅速,值得临床推广应用。
