摘要
企业核心竞争力是业务团队的执行力,即各分公司团队的活力。如何激发团队整体执行力,需要从两方面入手:一是搭建员工的能力提升发展平台,包括助力员工不断提升自己的能力、基于员工充分认同的绩效目标考核体系、提升员工成就感;二是寻求团队的最大合力,包括充分的经营团队自主权、合伙人制。让企业与员工共同成长,形成利益共同体,让员工通过平台的支撑能充分提升并发挥其人生价值,这才是企业的核心竞争力。
The core strength lies in the executive power of a team, which composes the vitality of the team. How to stimulate the executive power is a problem mainly of two aspects: First, a capacity development platform is to be formed so that the staff are able to enhance their capacity and promote their sense of achievement based on the fully recognized performance assessment system. Secondly, joint forces has to be sought in a maximum way by turning to full autonomy and partnership system for the part of branch company and its team, so that the staff can grow together with the company in a uniform way, and they can fully improve their own capacity and realize their own value, which poses the very essence of core strength of a company.
