Counselors＇ work, the ideological and political work in universities, is an important part of the student management work, bearing the weight concerning student learning, thought, mentality, startups, employment, etc,and is a matter of student growth and sustainable development in an all-round way. Now, in a society exposed to complex information and networking, in the face of knowledge, ideas and cultural diversity, instructors must construct the effective coordination mechanism, to put students＇ self-development, working idea and working method into thorough transformation.
