成人高等教育国际化发展策略的研究——以浙江省为例

Strategic Research on the Internationalization of Higher Adult-Education—— Based on Zhejiang Province

随着经济全球化进程的加快,知识社会正悄然兴起,世界已呈现出经济一体化、文化多元化以及政治多极化格局趋势。而国家教育也正向着国际化、多样化、大众化和个性化等方向发展。成人高等教育作为我国高等教育的重要部分,也同样走向了国际化竞争的舞台。为促进社会发展,使我国的专业人才队伍更具有国际竞争力,政府应大力支持成人高等教育向国际化发展,进而不断提升国家的综合实力,提高自身的国际地位。

With the acceleration of economic globalization and the unfolding of knowledge society, the world has shown us a trend combined with economic integration, cultural diversification and political multi-polarization.Education is thereby developing towards the directions featured with internationalization, diversification,popularization and individualization. Higher adult-education, as an important part of higher education, is also placed on the stage of an international competition. In order to finally enhance the nation＇s overall strength, uplift its international position and keep ahead in fierce global competition, the government should make great efforts to develop higher adult-education in a more internationalized way so as to promote social development and to make China＇s professional talents more internationally competitive.
