摘要 国家电网公司提出建立电网工程设计信息模型,统一的编码体系是实现信息共享的基础。但国内电网企业普遍没有建立统一的设备编码体系,所使用的设备编码都限于部门内部使用。目前国内电网编码主要使用3种规范:调度编码规范,国家电网公司物资分类与编码规范,电网工程标识系统编码规范。编码不统一严重影响了信息的交流共享。为解决该问题,针对3种编码的特点,提出了调度码与电网依靠映射关系整合,物资码与电网码通过接口软件整合的方案,实现了3种编码体系之间的转换。以电网码为底板,将设备信息及整合规则录入电网工程设计信息模型,形成基于电网工程设计信息模型的统一编码体系,以利于电网公司各部门之间信息交流与共享,促进编码规范的深入推广应用。 The state grid company proposes to establish the grid engineering design information model. And the unified coding system is the foundation of the information sharing. However,the unified coding system hasn't been set up in domestic power grid enterprise,and the equipment coding is limited to be used inside each departments.There are mainly three specifications in the domestic grid coding system: scheduling coding standards,the state grid company supplies classification and coding standards,power grid project identification system coding standards. The information sharing is seriously affected by the disunified coding system. In order to solve the problem,the current eassy,based on the characteristics of the three kinds of coding,puts forward the solution: integrating the scheduling coding and the grid coding by the mapping relation,and integrating the material coding and the grid coding by the excuse software. It implements the conversion among the three kinds of coding system. The grid coding system been the foundation,putting the equipment information and integration rules into the grid engineering design information model can bring about a unified coding system. This is conducive to the grid information exchange and the sharing between different departments,which could promote the application of the coding standards.
