为实现矿用带式输送机保护装置向智能化、网络化转变趋势,设计了以综合保护仪为核心的带式输送机智能保护系统,具有运算速度快、集成度高、系统稳定、抗干扰能力强等特点。系统基于CAN总线组建了主从式的通信网络,实现多种数据的实时监控,整套系统具有可靠性强、响应迅速,故障查询快捷等优点。

To achieve the intelligent and network trend of mine belt conveyors protection system, this article designs the belt conveyor intelligent protection system with comprehensive protection instrument as the core, which has the characteristics of fast calculation speed, high integration, stable system and strong anti-interference ability and so on. Based on CANbus, system constructs a master-slave communication network to achieve real-time monitoring of various data. The whole system has advantages of high reliability, fast response, quick fault query and so on.
