通过综合论述设备管理理论的发展及现状,确定了设备生命周期理论逐渐成为设备管理的核心内容,深入研究分析了设备生命周期的概念、设备生命周期费用及其影响因素;提出了关于露天矿加强设备管理行之有效的新概念、新措施和新制度,对于露天矿降低设备生命周期费用、提高设备生产效率具有借鉴和参考意义。

Through discussing the development and present situation of equipment management theory, the author determines that equipment life cycle theory gradually becomes the core content of equipment management. The article deeply analyzes the concept of equipment life cycle and equipment life cycle cost and its influencing factors, presents new concepts and new measures and new system of strengthening equipment management in open-pit coal mine, which have reference significance for reducing the equipment life cycle cost and improving equipment production efficiency.
