摘要
"从饭碗到使命"、"从匹配到建构"是生涯教学实践必须要完成的转型,其着力点在于生命意义的唤醒及个体幸福成长的促进。本文结合生涯教学的相关研究,提出了生命意义视角下生涯教学实践的变革策略,包括教学目标的发展性教育策略、教学内容的叙事取向策略和效果评估的生涯适应力策略,以期对生涯教学课程的改革有所启示。
The transition "from job to mission"and "from matching to constructing"is an essential step to cross for career teaching during which it should focus on awakening the meaning of life and improving the happy growth of individuals. By reviewing and referring to existing studies of career teaching,this article puts forward several transforming strategies from the perspective of the meaning of life which include developmental teaching strategy on teaching goal,narration-oriented strategy on teaching content and career adaptability strategy on teaching effect evaluation.
