摘要
以广深港客运专线深港隧道下穿深圳地铁1号线、地下商业街工程为例,论述了综合应用水平旋喷、长管棚、超前注浆和补偿注浆、CRD法开挖等技术,利用2套自动化仪器实时监控量测,及时反馈、指导施工,准确计算地铁结构底板下注浆位置和注浆量,分层分部位加固土体,精确控制沉降,确保运营的地铁安全运行,为同类隧道施工积累了可贵的资料和经验.
Taking the Shengang Tunnel under the Shenzhen Metro Line 1 and a commercial street as an example, this paper discusses the comprehensive application of horizontal rotary jet grouting, long pipe roof, advance grouting, compensation grouting, and CRD excava- tion. With the help of two sets of automation instruments monitored in real time, the data can be timely fedback to accurately calculate the grouting position and quantity. The soils under the Metro floor are reinforced by layers and sections. The settlement is precisely con- trolled, and the Shenzhen Metro Line 1 is operated safely. The valuable data and experience are accumulated for the similar tunnel construction.
