摘要
从煤气初冷器的传热过程和工艺要求出发,分析了其中存在的能量浪费情况.结合对初冷器余热利用现状的分析,指出初冷器余热适用于建筑的供暖空调冷热源,但目前的余热利用存在回收率低、能量利用方式简单等问题.从解决供热和生产的矛盾、低品位热能的利用、末端节能以及余热利用手段的多样化4个方面提出了提高初冷器余热利用效率的措施和需要解决的问题.
Energy waste condition of primary gas cooler is analyzed from the aspect of heat transfer and process requirements in the paper. Waste heat of primary gas cooler is suitable for cold and heat source of building by analysis of current heat utilization status. But heat re- covery rate is still low and utilization pattern is simple. To solve the problem and increase heat recovery rate, methods are provided from four aspects: establishment of the relationship of heat supply and production, utilization of low quality heat energy, energy efficiency of ter- minal device, and diversified utilization of waste heat.
