摘要
为实现库存信息采集的准确化与自动化,确保信息共享的及时性,基于无线射频技术和条形码技术,分别对货物的入库、在库和出库作业流程进行优化设计;以库存管理优化方法为基础,对基本信息管理和库存作业管理进行模块设计,并通过实例进行论证分析.研究结果表明,优化后的库存管理方法进一步提升了库存管理系统信息化程度,实现货流与信息流的同步性,提高了仓库管理效率,为现代化库存管理方法提供理论依据和技术支撑.
In order to achieve the accuracy and automatic of inventory information collection and ensure timeliness of sharing information, this paper respectively conducts an optimal de- sign for operation procedure of enter-warehouse, in-warehouse, and out-of-warehouse based on radio frequency identification and barcode technology. On the basis of optimal method of inventory management, a modular design to basic information management and inventory op- eration management is made, and argumentation analysis through actual cases is carried out. Results show that the optimized method of inventory management further enhances informa- tization degree of inventory management system, achieves the synchronization between goods flow and information flow, improves efficiency of warehouse management, as provides a theoretical basis and technical support for modern inventory management.
