摘要
为了不断提高变频电机的维修技术,从变频电机最常见的绝缘和轴承故障现象入手,从变频电机一般采用的变频控制系统调压调频方法的工作原理出发,详细分析了造成变频电机电磁线损坏、线圈绝缘老化、击穿、轴承损坏等问题的主要原因.针对这些问题,从材料、工艺等方面提出了解决方法和控制手段,改进了变频电机的修理技术,提高了变频电机维修的效果和质量.
In order to improve the maintenance technique of the variable frequency motor, this article, based on the variable frequency motor common working principle of the variable fre- quency control system VVVF method, starts with the most common insulation and bearing fault, and analyzes the main reason that causes the electromagnetic wire damage, coil insula- tion aging, breakdown of the variable frequency motor in details, the motor bearing damage with a proposal for solving and controlling method from the material and processing. With a discussion of the reason of common faults of the variable frequency motor, it improves the maintenance technique and the effect and quality of the maintenance.
