班级环境变量对“卓越计划”的促进作用研究

摘要 采用班级环境问卷、学业能力调查问卷、沟通合作能力调查问卷及思维能力问卷调查了高校32个班级的班级环境变量的基本特点及变量之间的相互作用。结果表明:1)良好的师生关系及同学关系可以增强与培养效果之间的正向联系。2)既不令人厌烦也不过于严肃的班级秩序与纪律对培养效果最为明显。3)良性竞争与适当的学习负担对培养效果之间的负向关联有明显的削弱效果。 The study investigated the basic features of class environment variables and the interactions between different variables including class environment,learning effectiveness,social ability,ability of cooperation and think.The survey results show the points below:1)Positive relationships between all those possible effects can be strengthened by appropriate teacher-student and student-student relationships.2)A class environment which is neither too harsh nor too loose benefits the cultivation effectiveness most.3)Benign competition and appropriate study burden can obviously minimize the negative relationships between cultivation effectiveness.
