海拔高度与甘松有效成分含量相关性分析

Correlation Analyses between Altitude and Chemical Constituents in Nardostachys Jatamansi

目的:研究分析生长在不同海拔甘松中有效成分含量差异以及变化规律,探索海拔与有效成分之间的相关性。方法:测定不同海拔甘松中的总黄酮、多糖以及甘松新酮的含量,并将这些成分的含量与海拔高度进行相关性分析。结果:甘松中总黄酮含量与海拔的相关系数为-0.640,P=0.000;多糖含量与海拔的相关系数为-0.068,P=0.714;甘松新酮含量与海拔的相关系数为-0.510,P=0.008。结论:甘松中甘松新酮和总黄酮含量随着海拔高度的增加呈下降趋势,而多糖含量与海拔的相关性不明显。

Objective：To study the difference ofeffective compositions content of Nardostachys jatamansi from different altitudes,exploring the correlation between the altitudes and the contents of effective constitunents. Methods：Deter mine the content of total flavonoids,total polysaccharides and nardosinone of Nardostachys jatamansi from different altitudes,then analysis the correlation of contents with altitude. Results：There was significant correlation between altitude and total flavonoids,nardosinone（probability value P=0.000 and P=0.008）,but not much more correlation with total polysaccharides. Conclusion：The contents of total flavonoids and nardosinone falling with the increase of altitude,while the content of total polysaccharides have no obvious correlation with altitude.
