摘要
目的:研究分析生长在不同海拔甘松中有效成分含量差异以及变化规律,探索海拔与有效成分之间的相关性。方法:测定不同海拔甘松中的总黄酮、多糖以及甘松新酮的含量,并将这些成分的含量与海拔高度进行相关性分析。结果:甘松中总黄酮含量与海拔的相关系数为-0.640,P=0.000;多糖含量与海拔的相关系数为-0.068,P=0.714;甘松新酮含量与海拔的相关系数为-0.510,P=0.008。结论:甘松中甘松新酮和总黄酮含量随着海拔高度的增加呈下降趋势,而多糖含量与海拔的相关性不明显。
Objective:To study the difference ofeffective compositions content of Nardostachys jatamansi from different altitudes,exploring the correlation between the altitudes and the contents of effective constitunents. Methods:Deter mine the content of total flavonoids,total polysaccharides and nardosinone of Nardostachys jatamansi from different altitudes,then analysis the correlation of contents with altitude. Results:There was significant correlation between altitude and total flavonoids,nardosinone(probability value P=0.000 and P=0.008),but not much more correlation with total polysaccharides. Conclusion:The contents of total flavonoids and nardosinone falling with the increase of altitude,while the content of total polysaccharides have no obvious correlation with altitude.
