活血药中无机元素差异分析研究

Analysis of the Differences in the Trace Elements of the Blood-activating Drugs

目的:对活血药益母草、丹参等中药无机元素的含量进行测定,探讨活血药中特征性的无机元素,为建立活血药中无机元素与药效间的关系研究提供依据。方法:药材经过微波消解仪消解后,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对益母草、丹参等活血药中的微量元素进行定性及定量的分析研究,并选用SPSS方差分析与主成分分析的分析方法,对活血药中共有元素进行评价。结果:主成分分析选出5个主因子,并分析活血药中的特征元素为Li、Na、Al、Si、K、Ca、Ti、Fe、Co、Zn、Ga、Rb、Mo、Cs、Ce、Ba。方差分析根据任两种活血药在95%以上的相似度,得出特征元素为Na、Si、Ca、Mn、Co、Zn、Ga、Mo、Cs、Ba。结论:通过对活血药中无机元素共有特征的分析,为开展活血药的药效研究提供科学依据。

Objective：The trace elements in Leonurus japonicus Houtt.,Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and others of the blood-activating drugs were deter mined. To investigate the features regularity of the trace elements,which could provide the basis for the trace element and medicinal effects. Methods：The samples were digested by means of microwave method. The trace elements were deter mined by ICP-MS. The qualitative and the quantitative methods were deter mined to the Leonurus japonicus Houtt.、Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and others of the blood-activating drugs. SPSS of variance and PCA analysis were used to evaluate the blood-activating drugs of the common characteristic elements. Results：The principal component analysis to select five main factors,Li,Na,Al,Si,K,Ca,Ti,Fe,Co,Zn,Ga,Rb,Mo,Cs,Ce,Ba were analyzed to the characteristics of the blood-activating drugs elements,variance analysis found out the characteristic elements more than 95% in any two kinds of the blood-activating drugs. We found the features regularity of the trace elements were Na,Si,Ca,Mn,Co,Zn,Ga,Mo,Cs,Ba. Conclusion：Through analyzing the charateristics of the inorganic elements of blood-activating drugs,which could provide the scientific basis for the trace element and medicinal effects.
